Welcome to Pets AI (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Pets AI, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Pets AI. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Our Service

Pets AI allows users to upload photos of their pets and generate AI-created portraits, videos, memes, and other digital content. The app uses credits (“coins”) as in-app currency to create content. Coins may be obtained through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content

By uploading images or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use and share the content. You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using Pets AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app (e.g., generating AI art from your pet photos). We do not claim ownership of your images.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Pets AI offers subscriptions and one-time coin purchases.

  • Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual) automatically renew unless canceled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Unused coins do not roll over if a subscription is canceled.

  • One-time purchases of coins are consumable and non-refundable once delivered.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support, as we do not control payment processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All app features, code, designs, and generated templates belong to Pets AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Generated content is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial use may require a separate license.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Pets AI to:

  • Create harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Interfere with or disrupt app functionality.

  • Misuse the app in a way that could damage our service or reputation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pets AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pets AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pets AI if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or for other valid reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy [insert link] to understand how we collect and use data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or through other means. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
